PESHAWAR – In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is spending more than fifteenbillion rupees on construction of various hydro power projects.

A spokesman of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization toldRadio Pakistan Peshawar Correspondent that two hundred and fifty hydropowerprojects have been completed.

Work is underway on one hundred and six hydro power projects will becompleted within next two months.

These projects are being constructed in Hazara and Malakand divisions whichafter completion will generate forty megawatt electricity.
