CPEC: Four mega projects underway in Azad Kashmir

KARACHI – AJK President Sardar Masood Khan says work on four mega projectsunder CPEC is speedily underway in the state.

Addressing a function in Karachi on Tuesday, he said these projects areKarot and Kohala power projects, Mansehra-Mirpur Express Way and Industrialzone in Mirpur.

He said 1844 megawatt electricity will be generated from Karot, Kohalahydro power projects.

Moreover, work on Gulpur, Azad Pattan, Mahal and Dhanyal hydro powerprojects is in progress.

He hoped that 6000 MW electricity will be generated in next 10 years.
