KARACHI – The Sindh government on Friday suddenly transferred the chiefprosecutor in Intezar murder case.
According to details, state counsel Abdul Razzaq Gujjar was transferredfrom court number 6 to court number 9.
Sources report that Gujjar had refused to provide lenieny to the suspectsin the case who have the backing of influential officers.
The challan against the suspects has yet not been produced in the court.Meanwhile, considerations are being made to include sections of murder andaccidental murder.
Earlier CTD report in Intezar murder case claimed that police SSP wasinvolved in saving Muqadas Haider who is one of the major suspects accusedof murder.
CTD has prepared the concise report that will be submitted to the court. Itdeclares police officials Bilal and Daniyal responsible for the murder ofIntezar.
The law enforcement department was tasked to prepare the report regardingpolice shootout in the Defence area on January 13 which resulted in murderof Intezar. CTD sources said police deliberately murdered the young boy.
