The basic objective of SCO is to strengthen mutual trust and cooperationamong the member states and promote their effective cooperation inpolitics, trade, economy, research, technology and culture.

Pakistan can become the gateway for the SCO member countries.

The SCO member states have been making joint efforts to maintain and ensurepeace, security and stability in the region. Pakistan’s activeparticipation in all SCO activities is a step in right direction. Pakistanshould chalk-out long term planning to strengthen its economy.

Pakistan should pay special attention to resolve its internal challengesand internal threats. China has emerged as one of the largest economicpower of the world.

One Belt One Road Initiative (OBOR) and the China Pakistan Economiccorridor would prove to be a game changer for the entire society.
