*QUETTA:* Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa will meettribal leaders during his visit to Balochistan, media cell of Pakistan Armysaid on Sunday.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the army chief willoverview Khushhal Balochistan initiative apart from the security situationin Gwadar and Turbat during his two-day visit to the province.

Last year in December, the COAS had attended a seminar titled ‘HumanResource Development for the Youth of Balochistan’ in Quetta where he said,“Tomorrow’s Balochistan will be engine of national development effort andinvaluable link from north to south and also to west.”

He had pointed out that Pakistan is incomplete without Balochistan, addingthat the country cannot progress without peace and stability in theprovince.

“Patriotic Baloch continue to reintegrate voluntarily with mainstreamsociety rejecting foreign-sponsored terrorism in Balochistan,” said theISPR press release.
