LAHORE – It has been revealed that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)stalwart Khawaja Saad Rafique met Imran Khan in the past and expresseddesire to join PTI.

He had approached Imran Khan and demanded some top position, a claim madeby a PTI young leader.

The detail of the meeting between to political bigwigs was shared by a PTIsupporter Hassaan Niazi on social media, Twitter, on Wednesday. Heclaimed, “I was also present in the meeting where khawaja saad raffiqueasked IK for some top position in PTI”.

Niazi shared this information in response to a tweet by Interior MinsterAhsan Iqbal, who said that Amir Liaquat had also met Nawaz Sharif inKarachi and requested him to give time for a public meeting. Iqbal addedthat Hussain called Sharif a true leader of Pakistan, saying “its onlyhope”.
