KABUL – The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group hasclaimed responsibility for the motorcycle bomb explosion that left at leastfour dead in Jalalabad, bordering Pakistan.

The loyalists of the terror group released a statement on Monday claimingthat the target of the attack was a pro-government gathering in the city.

However, another source (Amaq News) which publishes ISIS reports, claimedthat the target of the attack was a vehicle carrying pro-government militiaforces.
