LAHORE – Five people were killed when fire erupted in a shop at BarkatMarket in Lahore on Tuesday morning.Rescue 1122 teams have managed to dousethe fire.
The injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital.
Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed profound griefand sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the fire incident.
In a statement in Lahore he condoled with the bereaved families.
