BEIJING: China’s state run Global Times has stated that Nobel Peace Prizewinner Malala Yousafzai’s strength, will and positivity in her fightagainst extremist forces have won her acclaim with the Chinese public.

Malala’s return to Pakistan since being shot in the head by Talibanmilitants for advocating female education in 2012 was jubilantly welcomedby the Pakistani government and the public on social media.
Seen by Pakistanis as a “brave and resilient daughter” of the country,Malala met Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi upon her arrival on Thursday.
