ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Railways Saad Rafique outburst against NABreveals that all is not well for him in the Paragon Housing societycorruption case.

He lashed out at National Accountability Bureau (NAB) regarding ParagonCity case and said that its law is ‘black’.

Holding a press conference after appearance in the case, Saad Rafique saidthat he has submitted a written reply over NAB questionnaire along withcomprehensive details of the assets. He also assured to timely respond tobureau’s further queries.

Whenever accountability in the country is held, its purpose is undefined,he added.

The minister said that his and his family’s media trial was carried outdespite efforts and achievements for Pakistan. He revealed thatinvestigation against him has been sped up as elections’ date nears.

Not taken any land, loans or done any favoritism or nepotism, he clarified.

Saad Rafique said that false allegations, lies, political divisions andinfighting will cause Pakistan irreparable harm, continuing judicialactivism is strong because of the joint efforts of political partiesagainst dictatorships.

He also suggested to decide politicians’ qualifications through elections.
