RIYADH: Saudi air defence forces have successfully intercepted and destroyed two ballistic missiles launched by Houthi militias from Yemen towards city of Jizan.
Spokesman of the Coalition Colonel, Turki Al-Malki in a press released in Riyadh said the missiles were launched to target densely populated civilian areas.
Meanwhile, Houthi militias have confirmed the killing of the head of their political council Saleh Ali al-Sammad in a coalition raid in south of al-Hudaydah province. APP/AFP
