KABUL – President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani received the credentials of the newAmbassador of India to Afghanistan Vinay Kumar.

The Office of the President, ARG Palace, said a ceremony was organized inARG Palace where Ambassador Kumar presented his credentials to PresidentGhani.

The two sides also discussed the bilateral relations between the twocountries and ways to further improve relations and cooperation between thetwo nations.

Pointing towards India’s cooperation with Afghanistan, President Ghani saidIndia is a good friend and strategic partner of Afghanistan as he wishedAmbassador Kumar success in his new mission.
