ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has dismissed the appeals ofthree terrorists against the 14 years of imprisonment.
Heading the three-member bench, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa remarked that thelink of the terrorists has been established to the banned TTP due to whichtechnical shortcomings in the case would be ignored.
Remarking on the case, Justice Khosa said that forgiving the first mistakeleads to the second one. This culture is rampant in Pakistan which needs tostop, he said.
The bench retained the penalty of fourteen years in jail by rejecting theappeal by Asif Sheraz, Haji Habeeb and Niazbeen
