KABUL – The Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) personnelhave arrested a senior ISIS leader who is believed to be in charge of Amarbil Maruf section of the terror.

The group, similar as other militant and terrorist groups, implements itsown strict version of Islam through Amar bil Maruf.

Security sources in Nangahrar say the detained individual has beenidentified as Manawar alias Hadifa and was arrested from the vicinity ofHaska Mina district.

The sources further added that the detained individual is in the custody ofthe security forces at the moment and is being investigated.
