SINGAPORE: Pakistan’s cricket legend Shahid Khan Afridi has been honouredby the Tech giant Google.

He attended a luncheon hosted in his honour by Google here at theirheadquarters on Monday.

On this occasion, he gave to the Google Team an impressive presentation ofhis welfare organization Shahid Afridi Foundation and its new project ‘HopeNot Out’.

Afridi said in his tweet: “It was a privilege to be hosted for lunch atGoogle headquarters #Singapore. Such a heart warming sight to see#Pakistani & #Indian youth working together to make a difference. Had awonderful presentation of SAFoundationN for #GoogleTeam & for cause of#Humanity #HopeNotOut.

Earlier, he hosted a special dinner for the prominent business leaders andcorporate professionals of Singapore for providing an awareness of the SAFoundation and its work for humanity.

The cricket legend thanked the Pakistani and Indian community of Singaporeto support his organization.

He also thanked the Pakistan high commissioner in Singapore NasarullahKhan, who was the chief guest at the dinner.
