ISLAMABAD: Balochistan Government is endeavoring to provide modern health facilities to the poor people at their door step.
The Director General Provincial Health Services Department told Radio Pakistan Quetta that a major programme to control birth rate has been started at a cost of about four billion rupees.
Another project to control the epidemic diseases in the province is also being implemented at a cost of 2.5 billion rupees.
Similarly, construction work at a hospital in Naal area of Khuzdar district is to be completed at a cost of 270 million rupees. APP/AFP
