*KARACHI:* Mahira Khan has finally confirmed that she will be heading toCannes this year, attending the prestigious film festival with the likes ofBollywood superstars including Aishwarya Rai, Sonam Kapoor and DeepikaPadukone as well as with Hollywood A-listers.

Mahira will be attending the International Cannes Film Festival,representing L’Oreal Paris Pakistan Haircare as their official spokespersonin Pakistan. L’Oreal Paris has been an official partner to the festival formore than two decades now, in its aim to uniting cinema with beauty.

Speaking about the development, Mahira said that she is very excited aboutto attend the event and is currently debating over which outfits to wearand is deciding her looks for the different events.

She further added that she feels extremely humbled to represent Pakistan onan international level.

The Cannes Festival is an annual film festival held in Cannes, France,which previews new films of all genres, including documentaries, from allaround the world. Founded in 1946, the invitation-only festival will beheld from May 8 to May 19 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.
