SUKKUR: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Khursheed Shah onTuesday said that Punjab CM Shehbaz Sharif must change his name to‘load-shedding’ since he had promised to do so if he failed to eliminateenergy crisis.
“Shehbaz had said that he would change his name if he fails to eliminateenergy crisis from the country. Since he has failed, I suggest him to namehimself load-shedding,” Khursheed Shah said while speaking to the media inSukkur.
Taking jibes at PML-N lifetime president Nawaz Sharif, Shah said that“those who do not have an ideology are turning to curses and abuses.” Headded that Nawaz has done politics of “injustice and hypocrisy” and forthat reason, he now has no one on his side.
Speaking about the increase in price of Petroleum products, the opp leadersaid that it is an “insult” to labours all across the country that petrolprices have been raised on May 1. He added that the government is takingrevenge of its shortcomings from the public.
The opp leader also slammed MQM for criticism the PPP saying that “MQM hasdone nothing for the people of Karachi. All they have done is targetedkillings.”
