RIYADH – Saudi man was killed by shrapnel from a projectile fired by Houthimilitiamen from Yemeni territory onto the governorate of Samtah in theJazan area.

A number of houses and vehicles were also damaged in the attack.

Spokesman for the Civil Defense Directorate in the Jazan District ColonelYahya Abdullah Al-Qahtani said that the civil defense teams received areport on the fall of fragments of military projectiles launched by Houthielements from inside Yemeni territory towards the governorate of Samta,resulting in the death of a citizen.
