*LAHORE: *The Pakistan rangers on Thursday foiled a smuggling attempt fromthe Indian side towards Pakistan near Narowal sector.
According to details, the Punjab Rangers were patrolling the area Thursdaynight when they observed suspicious movement of smugglers coming from theacross the border.
The intruders were challenged to stop, but they managed to flee back to theIndian side. The troops recovered 20 bottles of Liquor – McDowel – fromnear the Pakistan border.
