KOHAT – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member National Assembly (MNA) onThursday quit party and joinned Jamaat Ulema-e-Islam-Functional (JUI-F).
PTI MNA Nasir Khan made the announcement of joining the JUI-F hours afterthree others joined PPP.
Nasir Khan Khattak was elected to the National Assembly as a candidate ofPakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf from Constituency NA-15 (Karak) in generalelection, 2013. He received 51,481 votes and defeated a candidate ofPakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Earlier, three PTI members of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly had joined thePakistan People’s Party (PPP).
Three PTI MPAs – Zahid Durrani, Ubaid Mayar and Nagina Khan made theannouncement of joining the PPP after a meeting with PPP Co-chairman AsifAli Zardari.
