KARACHI – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Amir Liaquat Hussain wasrescued by police from angry mob in Azizabad’s Bhangoria Goth area ofKarachi on Tuesday.

According to details, Amir Liaquat reached Bhangoria Goth in connectionwith recording of his programme during which resident created disturbanceand chanted slogans against him.

The angry mob surrounded Amir Liaquat and also tried to attack him.

A police party that was present in the area rescued Amir Liaquat from angrymob and drove him out of danger.
