LAHORE – Mohammad Hafeez has harshly criticized International CricketCouncil (ICC) law regarding bowling action.
He has been recently allowed bowling in international cricket afterremodeling action. He was banned from bowling over his suspicious actionwhich was reported in October last year against Sri Lanka.
Hafeez was also pointed out for his ‘doubtful bowling action’ in November2014 and June 2015.
In an interview, Pakistani cricketer declared ICC’s laws unfair becausetheir implications are different for the powerful and weak. He furtherstated that he is unable to understand that how is it possible to identifythe difference of 1 degree in bowling actions through human eye.
Hafeez questioned about those international bowlers whose actions areclearly violating ICC rules and regulations but they have never faced anyrestrictions like him.
‘Professor’ also demanded ICC to declare bio-mechanic test for all bowlersas a rule to end the discrimination.
