ISLAMABAD: Government and opposition were finally reached on a consensus onthe name of caretaker prime minister on Friday.
Khursheed Shah said this while talking to media on Friday. However, Shahrefused to reveal the name and said that the announcement will be made onMay 15.
According to media reports, during the previous meeting Prime MinisterShahid Khaqan Abbasi and Syed Khursheed Shah, both the leaders discussedthe name of Dr Hafeez Pasha, former Chief justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillaniand former governors of State Bank Dr Shamshad and Ishrat Hussain for thecaretaker prime minister.
