SRINAGAR: In occupied Kashmir, ten people including a Station House Officer Shopian and one of his guards were injured in a grenade blast by Indian troops in Shopian district today (Monday). The grenade exploded at Batapora Chowk in the district.

Meanwhile, the villagers foiled an attempt by unidentified gunmen to abduct a youth Shahid Ahmad Khan in Hajin area of Bandipore district.
