ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has nullified judgment of Islamabad High Court regarding disqualification of former Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif.
A three-member bench of the Apex Court headed by Justice Umer Ata Bandial which heard appeal of Khawaja Asif against verdict of IHC announced its short judgment today.
Former Foreign Minister was disqualified by Islamabad High Court in Iqama holding case on a petition filed by PTI’s Usman Dar.
