With the departure of in-form Babar Azam (68) due to injury, Pakistan werein desperate need of a good partnership. Both Shadab and Faheem Ashraf, whorescued Pakistan against Ireland, again got themselves going with the batas they put on 72 for the seventh wicket.
Faheem was unlucky as he dragged bowl on to the stumps, while Shadabcontinued to bat and completed yet another half century.
