BEIJING – Chinese fighter pilots have carried out night landings on thecountry’s first aircraft carrier the ‘Liaoning’.

The official China Daily reported, the latest demonstration of Beijing’spush to modernize its military forces.

It said this was a complex maneuver that marked a “huge leap toward gainingfull combat capability”.
