ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has stressedthe need for greater cooperation among SCO member states to combat problemssuch as terrorism and extremism in the region.

He was addressing the Opening Ceremony of the 13th Conference of thePresidents of the Supreme Courts of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation’sMember States in Beijing on Friday.

The Chief Justice said International Judicial Cooperation is necessary forglobal peace and regional security.

He said that Coordinated policies between regional judicial systems willallow all of us to benefit from a regime in which we are all more secure.
