ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari hasresponded to the news of secret meeting with Nawaz Sharif.
He denied having a secret meeting with former prime minister Nawaz Sharif,in an interview to be aired on Monday at 8:03pm on Geo News.
Responding to a question, the former president said that he wants to seehis son, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, becoming prime minister. The PPP leadersaid that he would prefer to sit on the opposition benches than coming inpower through ‘power politics’.
Zardari thanked Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz president Shehbaz Sharif forhis wishes on late Benazir Bhutto’s birthday.
