ISLAMABAD – Superstar Humaima Malick celebrated eight years of her firstfilm, *Bol.* In an Instagram post, the actor spoke about her divorce forthe very first time.
The 30-year-old beauty said that she was briefly married to fellow artistShamoon Abbasi, however, their marriage did not last long. Humaima wrotethat it was during her debut film’s first “camera, action, roll” thatShamoon divorced her.
She added that while filming *Bol,* every day on set was a struggle thatbrought her a lot of pain. Despite the divorce and the pressure of herfirst film with ace director Shoaib Mansoor, Humaima stayed positive.[image: PHOTO: STARS UNFOLDED]
The *Arth 2* actor added that divorce made her stronger and she is thankfulto God for blessing her in disguise as her career peaked after the hugesuccess of *Bol.*
Humaima had always avoided answering questions pertaining to her divorce.However, in honour to celebrate her debut film, the actor came clean forthe first time.
In the span of her career, Humaima has managed to wow crowds with heracting. She has worked opposite Shaan Shahid and also made her way to theother side of the border. The actor will be next seen in *Maula Jutt2* starringalongside Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mahira Khan, Gohar Rasheed and manyothers.
