ISLAMABAD – A total of 716 names of terrorists that were included in the‘red book’, have now been forwarded to the Interior Ministry, NationalAdministratiand Pakistani Embassies by the Federal Investigation Agency(FIA).
Along with the names, the FIA has further stated that the government ofPakistan should block all ID cards, passports and bank accounts associatedwith the terrorists enlisted in the red book with an immediate effect.They further instructed the government to place the names of all 716terrorists on the Exit Control List (ECL).
According to the FIA, the main reason for taking this action is to identifyall the terrorists that have managed to escape Pakistan and the ones thatare operating overtly and residing abroad.
