ISLAMABAD – Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has lashed out at the PML-N leadershipfor coming up with lame excuses for not issuing him a party ticket.

“I’ve said before that I am neither a candidate nor needed their ticket … Iwill openly express my views on this issue after medical treatment I amreceiving at the moment,” he said.

“For now, I ask those at Jati Umra to refrain from dramas and childishbehaviour aimed at mine and the party’s respect,” he added.

The former interior minister went on to say that the party’s senior mostmembers, who have been elected on several occasions, do not appear for aninterview before any board for party ticket.
