Etihad Airways flight# EY243 in which Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz aretraveling to Lahore has taken off from Abu Dhabi airport.

The plane which was earlier scheduled to leave Gulf state at 03:10 wasdelayed due to technical reasons, airport officials said.
