LAHORE – Nawaz Sharif’s mother has said that she will accompany thePakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supporters at Lahore airport towelcome her son before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) arrests him.

According to media reports, 85-year-old Shamim Akhtar insisted that shewants to be there to receive the deposed prime minister. She has conveyedto the family that she will also make an appearance.

Moreover, the emotional mother also said that she will stop the anti-graftbody from arresting her son. She added that she will accompany Nawaz whenNAB officials take him into custody.
