*Kabul, July 4, IRNA – Iran embassy in Afghanistan in a statement deniedthe allegations that Taliban forces are trained in Iran.*

The statements reads, ‘Terrorism and extremism are joint threats to all thecountries if the region; collective attempts to fight such a phenomenon isan undeniable necessity.’

The statements also said the purpose of such claims is to startpsychological war against Iran.

It urged the media to focus on the reasons why countries responsible tofight terrorism in Afghanistan have not been successful, instead ofaccusing the neighboring countries.

Afghan medai quoting The Times, a British newspaper, have recently claimed,’Hundreds of Taliban fighters are receiving advanced training from specialforces at military academies in Iran.’
