ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday has summoned details of formerpresidents Pervez Musharraf and Asif Ali Zaradri’s overseas assets inNational Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) case.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian SaqibNisar conducted hearing against those who took benefit from NRO.

During the proceedings, the court has also directed former Attorney GeneralMalik Qayyum to submit his assets and offshore companies’ details.

Meanwhile, Musharraf’s lawyer Akhtar Shah asked to give two-week extensionso that he can file his reply.

The court has adjourned hearing of the case till August 7.
