ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Judicial Council has desposed of the petition filedby Islamabad High Court Judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui for providing recordsof previous 7 years relating to his case.

His case has been adjourned till Tuesday.

The reference is being heard by five-member Supreme Judicial Council headedby Chief Justice Saqib Nisar. It includes judges of Supreme Court and chiefjustices of Sindh and Balochistan high courts.

In his remarks, the chief justice said the reference against JusticeShaukat Aziz Siddiqui will be disposed of in three days. He said he wantsto dispose of all references against superior judiciary before retirement.
