KABUL: In Afghanistan, at least fourteen Daesh militants have been killed by national forces’ operations against militants’ hideouts in eastern Nangarhar province.
Spokesman for provincial government, Attaullah Khogiani said twenty militants have given up fighting and handed over their weapons to police in the northern Jawzjan province.
He said a weapon cache of IS outfit had also been destroyed during the ongoing operations.
