ISLAMABAD: PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto has rejected the elections resulthowever he has given a blow to the All Parties Conference held in Islamabadby saying that PPP would take oath and sit in the Parliament.

Bilawal had demanded election commission resignation and and asked for afact finding mission.

Earlier the All Parties Conference (APC) convened to devise strategyagainst alleged rigging in July 25 general elections rejected the pollresults and vowed to start a movement to demand fresh elections.*

*However Shahbaz Sharif has refused to agree with the the APC agenda of nottaking the oath and seeked time to consult senior leaders.

Speaking to media after the conference, the Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA)chief Fazlur Rehman announced that all parties have rejected the polls andwill launch a movement to demand fresh polls.

Fazl also said that other than Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)president Shehbaz Sharif, all the other parties who attended the conferencehave decided not to take oath as lawmakers on their respective assemblyseats.
