ISLAMABAD – ECP has issued a statement dismissing the PML-N’s claim thattheir polling agents were kicked out of polling stations.
The Punjab election commissioner has strongly rejected such allegations andhas said that political leaders should refrain from issuing such seriousallegations without any evidence.
The Lahore DRO, Rawalpindi DRO, and regional election commissioner havealso strongly rejected the claims.
The ECP says that, according to election rules, at the time the ballotpapers are counted, only one candidate or polling agent from each party isallowed to be present.
