LAHORE – The Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) and Pakistan BarCouncil (PBC) denounced Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Siddiqui’sallegations.

As per details, the bars have appealed form Chief Justice of PakistanJustice Saqib Nisar for taking action against Justice Shaukat AzizSiddiqui. They said that the allegations were conspiracy against thejudiciary and state’s premier intelligence agency.

The bars spokesman said that the IHC judge’s allegation was interference inthe judicial matters and contempt of court. He expressed anger saying thatShoukat Azizi tried to defame the sates institutions.

Condemning Justice Siddiqui’s allegations, the bars have demanded that thechief justice should take a highest level of actions against JusticeShoukat.

They appealed that this matter will take up forward and announce its futurestrategy, but this issue should under no circumstance be put under thecarpet.
