KARACHI – The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Karachi on Friday granted bail toformer SSP Malir Rao Anwar in second case of illegal arms.
In response, Naqeebullah’s lawyer Salahuddin has submitted the writtenstatement to court informing that people do not trust anti-terrorism courthowever, they will not interfere in the court proceedings till the verdictof Sindh High Court is out.
The lawyer Salahuddin said that Rao Anwar is guilty in Naqeebullah murdercase but he appears before the court with protocol while our protest wasnot being bothered even.
It is pertinent here to mention that anti-terrorism court (ATC) has alreadygranted bail to former SSP Malir Rao Anwar in Naqeebullah murder case.The bail had left the general public angered and distraught claiming thestep as an act of injustice.
