RAWALPINDI – President Mamnoon Hussain has awarded various militaryofficers of the Pakistan Army, Navy, and Air Force with accolades on theeve of the Independence Day, hailing their services to the nation.
The awards, which were conferred, are include Sitara-i-Basalat,Tamgha-i-Basalat, Imtiazi Asnad, COAS Commendation Cards, Hilal-i-Imtiaz(Military), Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military), and Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military).
Major General Asif Ghafoor, Director General of Inter Services PublicRelation (ISPR), is among the 17 military officers who were awarded withHilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) for his services.
Social media users largely felicitated the spokesperson of the PakistanArmy on achieving the medal.
