ISLAMABAD – Leaders of the five states bordering Caspian Sea have signed alandmark deal on inland sea’s legal status at Aktau in Kazakhstan onSunday.
Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan have agreed on along-awaited convention on the legal status of the sea, which have beendisputed since collapse of the Soviet Union.
Caspian Sea have rich oil and gas reserves.
