ISLAMABAD – Ambassador Riffat Masood on Tuesday presented her credentialsto Iran’s Foreign Minister Jawad Zareef, becoming the country’s first womanenvoy to Iran.

Riffat Masood is a career diplomat with wide experience of diplomacy andhaving fluency in Persian language.

She also had various diplomatic assignments in the country’s missions inNorway, United Kingdom, the United States, Turkey and France.
