ISLAMABAD – Today is the last for all the winning candidates to submittheir election campaign expenses to the Election Commission of Pakistan(ECP).
In his statement, the ECP stated that the electoral body will issueofficial notifications of all successful candidates in General Election2018 by August 9.
The electoral body also informed that newly-elected those candidates whofail to submit their expense details today, would not get theirnotification from ECP.
On the other hand, the Returning Officers (RO) have finalised the form 49,a form through which the results are being arranged. After the issuance ofthe notification, the successful independent candidates would have threedays to join a party.
The strength of all political parties in the national and provincialassemblies will be determined by August 7, after which the ECP will issuenotifications of successful candidates from reserved seats.
