QUETTA – The Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) has agreed to nominated JamKamal as chief minister and Abdul Qudus Bizenjo.

The decision was made during a meeting on Friday.

Talking to the media, Manzoor Kakar said that consultations with otherparties are underway.

“Jam Jamali was also a candidate for the speakership. The deputyspeakership and other ministries could not be discussed,” he said.

Manzoor Kakar said that they had met the leaders of BNP, ANP andindependent candidates and they have assured them of support. “We onlygained support from Bani Gala for government formation. We made decision onthe chief minister in the party meeting. We have gained the number of 30,”he said.

Jam Kamal said that now all political parties will have to think seriously.“We have either to watch our personal interests or public problems. We willimprove the mismanagement of previous governments,” he said.
