ISLAMABAD – PTI government has decided to revamp the Ministry of Humanrights under Minister for human rights , Shireen Mazari.

She has announced that helpline “1099”, and a website for humanrights would be revived in a couple of days.

While talking to media, she said a briefing would be given in next cabinetmeeting about laws regarding children rights.

The minister said the government will provide all possible help to resolveproblems being faced by Pakistani prisoners languishing in foreign jails.

all stakeholders would be taken into confidence regarding missing personcases, she added.

About violence against women and children, she said legal actions areneeded to be taken to curb the menace.
