PESHAWAR – Work on the construction of Rapid Bus Transit project is in fullswing in Peshawar. In an exclusive interview with Radio Pakistan Peshawarcorrespondent, Member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Arbab Jahandad Khan saidmore than ninety percent construction work has been completed on varioussections of the project.
He said it will be completed at a cost of about seventy-one billion rupeesby October this year with the financial assistance of Asian DevelopmentBank.
On completion, the project will provide inexpensive and comfortabletransport facility to more than five hundred thousand commuters daily.
